Jo Ann founded Justice Leadership Development to help organizations address the leadership challenges that affect performance, accountability, retention, communication, and organizational growth. Her work is grounded in a central principle: most organizational problems are leadership problems, and stronger leadership creates stronger organizations.
As an author, keynote speaker, executive coach, DISC Consultant, organizational consultant, and AI strategist, Jo Ann partners with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses to develop leaders, strengthen workplace systems, and prepare organizations for the future of work.
